Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at AbayaVida. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item, under the following conditions:

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange:

• Contact our customer support team at support@abayavida.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, product images, and the reason for the return or exchange.
• If we accept your request, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the product back.
• After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and either issue a replacement item or a refund.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong size or item.
• Size Chart: Please refer to our size chart on the product page before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit. We are unable to accept returns for items ordered in the correct size that are simply unwanted.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping on eligible items within 30 days. If you are returning an item for a reason other than a product error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
