Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

A full refund will be issued only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Slight measurement variations of ±1 inch due to manual measurements
  • Minor thread ends or small finishing variations
  • Items ordered in the correct size but no longer wanted
  • Fit preference issues where the correct size was delivered

For size-related concerns:

  • Refunds are only accepted if we sent the wrong size
  • Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, refund eligibility will be confirmed after inspection.
  • For wrong size claims, refunds apply only if the incorrect size was sent by us.
  • In applicable return cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed after review.

Store Credit Option

If preferred, we can issue store credit for approved returns that meet our policy criteria.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
